I'm Antoine. I'm trying to build an AI system for communities.

Not a personal assistant. Not a chatbot. Something that helps groups of people coordinate, remember, and take care of each other—without treating them like data to be optimized.

I'm building it for the Postcapitalist Design Club—a small nonprofit exploring alternatives to extractive capitalism. They need help with the endless administrative work that drains energy from actual mission, continuity as volunteers come and go, and a system that shares their values instead of undermining them.

This site documents two things:

The Idea—why it should exist, what it is, how it behaves, how it's controlled, and what the network enables.

The Timeline—what I'm actually doing about it.
