- How should Blue Box identify itself? Custom community names plus universal non-human identifier—but what form?
- How does Blue Box manifest? Is it purely text? Does it have a visual presence?
Boundaries
- What does Blue Box refuse to do, even if asked? Beyond the stated principles, what are the hard limits?
- Where are the edges of community? How does Blue Box handle people adjacent to the community but not members?
The Network
- How do Blue Boxes find each other? What discovery mechanism enables the Matchmaking Protocol?
- What counts as a "skill" that can be shared? Where's the line between shareable patterns and private details?
- Who governs the network? If Blue Boxes collaborate, who sets the protocols?
Success
- What does success look like? For the Postcapitalist Design Club? For the broader movement?
- How do we know it's working? What would indicate Blue Box is serving community rather than replacing it?
Implementation
- What's the minimum viable Blue Box? What's the smallest version that embodies these principles?
- What existing tools do we build on? Beyond Mail.app and Obsidian, what infrastructure already exists?
